Natural Remedy for Dry, Damaged Hair
Our hair is made up of three layers. The outer layer is most prone to damage. When it is damaged, it become dry and dull. Our hair becomes dry when natural oil from the hair is removed during activities, such as sunbathing, swimming in chlorinated water, overuse of hair dryers, and styling products. Both men and women of any age can have dry, damaged hair.

Having dry hair is a very common problem today since people are fond of using a lot of styling products. Instead of taking several hair treatments, you can try some natural home remedies to soften dry strands. Here are some suggestions
1. Unboiled Milk
Pour some unboiled milk in a bowl and soak a cotton ball. Apply it directly on hair and scalp.Then wash your hair thoroughly after one hour.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Instead of using expensive shampoos, try massaging apple cider vinegar to your hair and scalp. All you need to do is to take out some apple cider vinegar in a bowl, soak some cotton ball, and apply it on your scalp and hair. Rinse your hair after 5-10 minutes.
Egg yolk works great as a natural moisturizer. You can use it to condition your dry hair. Mix two eggs with half cup of olive oil. Stir the mixture well and apply it directly on hair. Then rinse thoroughly after one hour.
4. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is considered to be one of the most effective natural remedies for dry hair. Simply massage some coconut oil on your hair and scalp, and leave it for the whole night. Then rinse it off in the morning.
Yogurt is also a potent natural conditioner for dry hair. It can be applied as a mask on hair. Its moisturizing properties is good for the cuticles of your hair. Apply it on your hair and roots. After 15 minutes, rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.
